Experienced Corporate & AML Administrator
Our law firm is growing and we are looking for an experienced Corporate & AML Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, capable of critical thinking and able to manage Corporate Administration tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company incorporations, maintain and update corporate records.
- Handle requests relating to Corporate Administration tasks (UBO Registry submissions, filing of applications with the Registrar of Companies).
- Liaise with Clients, Service Providers & Professional Directors.
- Assist with AML Compliance and apply AML procedures confidently.
- Draft, review and understand basic corporate documents (Board Resolutions, PoAs, Registrar Applications, etc.).
- Handle applications for Trademark Registrations in Cyprus and with the EUIPO.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in Corporate Administration or AML Compliance.
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable managing and prioritising several tasks and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
- A problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently, think critically and suggest improvements. · Strong understanding of Corporate Law & Compliance requirements
- Experience with Zygos software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of BVI requirements is an advantage.
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Holding a Law Degree is an advantage.
